Fitzroy Parkade

Built in 2001, the Fitzroy Parkade is the newest parking facility in Charlottetown. The largest parking garage in the city, the Fitzroy Parkade was constructed entirely of precast concrete segments which were trucked in and assembled on site. The parking garage sits on the site of the former Eaton’s building which closed here on PEI in 1998. The modern facility is centrally located adjacent to the Atlantic Technology Centre, across the street from the Department of Veterans Affairs and only one block from both the Confederation Court Mall and the Jean Canfield Government offices. This facility has entrances off of both Fitzroy and Prince Street and offers both monthly and hourly parking. The facility has space for 508 vehicles.
