Over the past 35 years, CADC has inspired, facilitated and delivered a number of important development projects that fulfill the organizations mandate.
These property development projects have impacted and improved the downtown and waterfront areas of Charlottetown. The CADC has also retained a number of core property assets to enable it to continue to be self-sufficient financially, while also providing an equity base to consider future development projects. The vast majority of CADC’s properties are located along the historic Hillsbourough River and are rented by various companies from law firms to seasonal gift shops.
