Harbourside
Harbourside Complex is one of CADC’s most successful endevours, located on the Charlottetown waterfront, is a unique blend of residential and commercial properties. Constructed in the late 1970's and early 1980's, eight buildings comprise the overall complex. The complex contains approximately 104,000 square feet of commercial space which is highly sought after and remains at 100% occupancy. The complex is home to the PEI Supreme Court, located in the Sir Davies Law Courts Building, the PEI Provincial Courts in the Kelly Building, and the PEI offices of Public Works and Government Services Canada in the renovated Cambridge Building, in addition to many private companies. The complex also features one of Charlottetown’s most popular restaurants, the Merchantman Pub, located in the historic Carvell Building.
Residential space at the Harbourside Complex also boasts an extremely low vacancy rate, it consists of 91 apartment units - 19 bachelor units, 55 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units.
